BRANDING

LOGO IDEATION

Adhering to the company branding , I created the ignite logo with an added flame icon to re-enforce the name, project the intended success/boost message, and to have an design element to incorporate into other visual assets throughout the project.

FINAL ASSETS

Once a conference name and logo was established after reviewing with stakeholders, I was able to move onto to creating the foundational branding assets of the conference.

COLOR

We wanted to give the conference a unique styling whilst still adhering to company brand guides, so I selected some of Viator's primary brand colors, as well as using the the company font ('Aeonik') to create the create the "ignite" text-logo element.

THEME

I wanted a repeating theme throughout all materials, so taking the curvature of the flame-icon, I created a background texture that became synonymous with the conference throughout all designs.

SIGNAGE

With the branding in place, we were able to create large-scale banners, directional signage, as well as mock-up how the event would look, ready for sign-off from stakeholders.

MARKETING MATERIALS

During training sessions and product demos, we provided content flyers to attendees with trackable QR codes linking back to our bespoke landing page.

DIGITAL MARKETING

STRATEGY

By utilizing our supplier contact information, we effectively reached out to potential attendees. Our social media efforts generated significant traction driving traffic to the landing page where we showcased the conference's value propositions and detailed the training sessions available for operators.

SOCIAL MEDIA

The target demographic interacts mostly via Facebook, so we leant heavily into this platform's marketing potential to drive traffic to the dedicated landing page.

AGENCY COLLABORATION

THE REGISTRATION PAGE (View the live page)

We partnered with a web development agency to build the Ignite Conference registration pages based off my designs. The pages allowed attendees to buy tickets, explore training sessions, register for those sessions, and join a waitlist once tickets sold out, with a responsive design optimized for desktop and mobile.

KEYNOTE VIDEO

I directed the creation of the Ignite Conference keynote stage video in collaboration with a video agency. I developed a detailed storyboard for stakeholder approval, partnered with copywriters to craft a compelling message, and sourced video content to align with the conference's theme.

This impactful video introduced the audience to the event, setting the tone on the main stage and energizing attendees.
